| ELIOT'S STORY |
| Eliot was born in Cuba and came to the States when he was 7. At age nine he began to play drums and got his start in the Jr. High band in Miami, FL. When he attended the University of Florida ther was no room for drums. At that time he began to play Latin Percussion. From there he played for the hotel lounge circuit in Central Florida. After not playing for several years he began to play for the Refuge Contemporary Worship at Trinity United Methodist Church, where he still plays today. Eliot has played with many local artists including: G.G Shinn, Dorothy Prime, Monte Russell, Fat Uncle, The Lightning Bugs, Matthews Granade and now the Mason Granade Band. Eliot\'s love of classic rock music and his latin soul gives our music that special flavor. He resides in Ruston, LA with his wife Nancy and daughters Sarah and Dinah. |
